PAWERCON

 Last year i made entrys about the Barapalooza convention in my country, an event that was a dream for soo long and i kinda complaigned it had too much furry on it. Well, i fianlly went to a totally furry event called Pawercon in mi city. I think this is the second time this event take place and it deffinetly was much more expensive than Barapalooza and also had a lot visitors and unlike other events, here you had those visitors shape shifting with fursuits as one of the biggest atraction of the event.

Furrys are such interesting creatures....they are soo dual, like two extremes crashing together. They are cute and adorable and very friendly but they do have a dark side (tough i didnt see it here), they are like Batman and Bruce Wayne or Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde but much more horny. But that bad reputation they have and the way people see them somehow makes them closer, like a cluster, a pretty tight fandom that is as close as familly.

Honestly i dont know how i feel myself about furry but i always liked to see them at a certain distance because some of them looks trully happy with themselves and i kind of envy them. And given how close they are, each time they got an event like Pawercon it feels like a big deal. I still like bara more than furry but latelly i been looking furry more closely and for now it seems i even started a furry merch collection.

The very first thing i see was this cute hand made Godzilla pixeled art pieces made by DHAR RAPTOR that i first was planing be a gift for someone but i will keep them for myself.

The i got an artowkr of Wendell as well as a couple of stickers as gift from BENNY CARTOONIST i really love his lineart and the vibracy of his color, his style is just livelly and cool.

This was the thrid time i saw BESTIA PURPURA and i got a Hellboy sketch from him as well as some stickers. I almost collected all his stickers tough i really want to commision him at some point.

A couple of steamy poscards, a keychain and stickers from EL AFTON mostly focused on Gohin. His art style is soo cool and fluid, the traditional art looks really suits his gallery.

LIGONI EXE art style is soo perfectly furry and soo refined! And he had soo much awesome stuff from dakumakuras to pins and awesome standees, i had to control myself and keep my wallte in check soo gt stickers and a William keycahin as well as Swat Katz pins. I love those pins!!! I didnt expect to find Swat Katz merch!!!

I was also in love of the keychains DAKOTA YAGAMI had. Her art is really amazing, but she also had plush accesorys and she gives me stickers of the keychains art i got. I had to buy extra keychains soo i can use them safelly.

AMON SYD is one of the artists i admire soo much rescently ebcause his art skills are beyond most artists around and he also have great taste soo i got two prints of his art, tough i really should buy more because the quality is his prints is hard to belive.

I also got OREN JUICE doujin as well as a Day of the Dead keychain. I actually got a pillow from Oren last year soo i am very interested on start collecting his stuff.

Tough not furry, the only bara product i got was LAANCER artbook that included postcards, stickers and also is own signature and a message from him.

One of my favorite items i got was this Gohin shirt made by SILLY BUG !!! Tough it was a gift from a friend, i used it the second day of the con and everyone loved it!

One of my main interest in this convention was to make a standee collection. I love standees and ALVARODOG had a Ben Bigger moving standee that fits perfectly for the ZZZ collection and is a lot of fun to play with and i also got a Canuto pin.

KIBA also helped me with my standee collection witha sexy tiger one tough he also had a giant WIlliam mouse pad that tempted me but my budget was too tigth.

Last time at Barapalooza i saw a stande of LOWENMOND character Tiago i really wanted but my budget didnt let me get it, but now its finally in my hands!!!

One of the artists i also meet at Batapalooza lasy tear was PUMPKING WOLF and while i was only able to buy small prints from him, this time i got an standee of his character.

I also meet, after many years since Deviant Art days, MAGOLOBO and i got s standee of his wrestler lion character tough i also wish i got the posters he made about him.

Next event will be Barapalooza but given how muhc money i spent in here i dont think my loot will be as big as before.
